Great Model Rocket Resorces

NASA model rocketry page contains a wealth of information on model rockets, the math and science behind rocketry, and how model rockets compare with the real ones. There is lots to be learned there and is well worth the visit.

NAR Certified Motors is a list of current rocket motors certified by the NAR with performance data. If you're in a competition or are trying to break a record, you need this data.

EMRR is a site that reviews rockets kits. It's a great place to check out that new model you've been looking at before you hand over your cash. They are also loaded with tips and have fun contests.

JimZ Rocket Plans is a great resorce for out of production rocket plans. If you are looking to build a clone, they have most of the Estes and Centuri kits as well as others. For you BARs out there, this is a great trip down memory lane.

The Rocketry Forum is an active forum with lots of discussions and information.

Astronomy Picture of the Day posts a space related picture each day. Most of them are simply stunning and they are always informative.

Encyclopedia Astronautica is a great space related encyclopedia with information on nearly every space vehicle ever built or designed.

Redstone Arsenal Historical Archives has lots of great information and pictures of early missles, including those used in the Mercury program.

Apollo Lunar Surface Journal is a great site with transcripts of the Apollo Lunar missions.

Apollo Saturn Reference Page has lots of reference materials for the Saturn Ib and V rockets.
